Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Period:

Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel the service for any reason and receive a full refund.

The cooling-off period begins the day after entering the contract, whether written or oral.

Cancellation Process:

To cancel the service, customers must provide written notice of cancellation.

Until cancellation is finalized, the service will continue, and the customer is responsible for payment.

Refunds:

If the customer paid upfront or made a deposit and cancels within the cooling-off period, they are entitled to a full refund.

After the cooling-off period, an administrative fee may apply.

Exceptions apply if services were provided during the cooling-off period at the customer’s request.

Administrative Fee:

The administrative fee covers processing costs associated with cancellations.

The admin fee is £18.00.

We will clearly communicate this fee to customers during the sign-up process.

Prorated Refunds:

If a customer cancels after the cooling-off period but before the end of a billing cycle, we will prorate the refund based on the time elapsed.

For example, if a customer cancels halfway through a month, we will refund 50% of the monthly fee.

No Refund Exceptions:

No refunds will be provided if the customer violates our terms of service or engages in prohibited activities.

Additionally, no refunds apply to promotional or discounted rates.
